This patient presented to us with an uneven smile, with chipped upper anterior teeth, filled with failing composite fillings and crowns. Less obvious is the level of the gum line around these teeth; the gum line is lower on the patient's left than on the right, resulting is more show of the gums (i.e. gummy smile) on the left than on the right.
We corrected these problems by using LASER technology to trim and adjust the level of the gums so that they are level on both sides, and placement of porcelain veneers and all porcelain crowns on all upper anterior teeth for maximum aesthetic results.

This patient is a severe night grinder and as a result, he has severely worn, chipped and broken upper anterior teeth. He wanted a solution that would be both very durable and highly aesthetic.
We solved these issues by fabricating porcelain veneers that are bonded to the facial surfaces of his upper anterior teeth. Patient is ecstatic with the results, and so are we.

This patient was concerned with the unsightly spaces between hi upper anterior teeth. He had also chipped the edge of the upper right central incisor.
By placing three very natural looking veneers on the two central incisors and the upper right lateral incisor, were able to close those spaces and repair the chip and maintain a natural looking smile.

With uneven teeth, gaps, and unsightly restorations, this patient was in need of a smile makeover!
Working with his budget, we focused on restoring and improving the appearance of his upper anterior teeth. Through a combination of all porcelain crowns and veneers on the upper right cuspid, through the upper left lateral incisor, we were able to close that unsightly gap in the middle, even out the lengths of the incisors, restore the defective and discolored fillings, and changed the shade of his anterior teeth to actually match each other.
And when we were done, the patient was so happy that he was in tears!

This patient chipped an existing veneer on the upper left central incisor. He has other veneers and crowns placed on his other anterior teeth over 8 years ago, and was concerned that the new veneer may not match the rest of his restorations perfectly. He also had a defective composite filling on the upper left cuspid.
Through careful shade matching and constant personal communication with our laboratory, we laid his concerns to rest when we were able to create a new veneer that would be very difficult to distinguish from the rest of his teeth. The defective composite filling on the upper left cuspid was also replaced and was able to make the restoration pretty much disappear.
